WHO IS DYLAN

From a young age I was immersed in competitive swimming, developing not only a deep understanding of performance but also the discipline, resilience and mindset required to progress at a high level. Over the years, that passion evolved into coaching & leading national-level programs, developing swimmers across pathways and helping athletes unlock results they didn’t think were possible.

What drives me now is helping dedicated swimmers and triathletes train with clarity and purpose. I believe performance shouldn’t be guesswork - it should be structured, supported and built around the individual. Through my Flow Method framework, I combine elite coaching experience with modern online systems to give athletes around the world access to real guidance, real progress and a smarter way to swim faster.
